The service was top-notch with the staff being very nice and welcoming, although I wished they had provided a universal electrical switch converter/adapter. The location was amazing, being very close to Taksim Square and the metro but just at the right distance from the hustle and bustle to ensure peaceful nights. The dining experience offered a great variety every morning, although I found the taste a bit lacking in some options. Overall, a decent family hotel with great value for money.
